Just got my 1st 2004 Mini Cooper

I finially decided to park the 335 and put the miles on something else. found a great buy on an 04 mini. it has 123k miles, interior in good shape, needed front floor mats which i got from bavauto.com and a badge on one of the wheels. The headliner was a little rough so we replaced it and had it detailed.. just getting started on all the fluid changes as it is all arriving.. coolant, filters, cabin filter, using amsoil in the engine and tranny. got the power steering and brake fluid ordered. should have all of it changed end of the week. i ordered cross drilled rotors and new pads. i changed the plugs and wires the other day which was a nice help... think they were both originals. replaced with ngk iridium and msd 8.5 wires.. think i will order an accel coil pack, stock had a bit of corrosion, which i cleaned but.. may just changed.. helped smooth out rpm progression.
one of the speaker/door pulls is really loose, so i found an entire door panel on ebay which is great because the driver lower speaker grill is cracked pretty badly.. and i got the entire thing cheaper than the 2 parts were individually... i had the exhaust tweeked a little.. minus resonator and cat. need to do something with air intake.. the car is amazing.. i love it.. so fun to drive. i still enjoy hoping in the 335 and the power of it w/ jb4, dci and xpipe well.. hard not to like.. but the mini has all of my attention right now..
anything i must know or do.. would be great.. i might try and flip this one and go to the cooper s or a jcw version..

my key fob doesn't work.. i tried replacing battery, and the red light does come on on the little board when you press either button, but i can't get it reprogramed.. tried everything.. annoying.
