England Warning Lamp on, help!

My wifes 2003 Mini Cooper has a warning lamp on the centre console. It is the 3rd light from the left above the handbrake light. It is a yellow circle with 3 dashes on either side, there is no exclamation mark in the middle.

I cant seem to find it in the owners manual or online. I initially thought it was a tyre pressure warning, so I checked the tyres and inflated accordingly, I then tried to reset using the button below the handbrake, key position 2, hold button, start engine and drive off I have also tried it with the engine running but no luck, the light stays on!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, I think!!

I did check the pads and they look like they have plenty left on them so ruled it out. Looks like I have a new job for the weekend.

Thanks again for your help.

The inside pad wears quickest, so unless you took the wheels off you may have missed it.
