Anyone else just days away from taking delivery?

These last few days seem to be dragging even more than the last 2 months have!!

My black & white Cooper will be at the dealership tomorrow....I might have to go and peek at it I'm not taking delivery until Monday though because I already had a trip away planned for the weekend and my train tickets are already booked.

The last few days are driving me mad - I want to get my hands on it!

Know exactly what you mean, my Cooper arrived at the dealer this morning I'm so excited, I ordered it in January and it's been a VERY long wait.

I will pick it up Saturday but I'm off for a peak tonight Can't stop smiling - the next few days are really going to drag.

How I'm going to be of any use to anyone or get anything done over the next couple I days I don't know!

Fantastic! Let me know how it goes! The dealer said my Mini would be all dirty tomorrow so not to expect it to look gleaming when I go for a peek but I don't care - I just want to see it

Still got 7 weeks 5 days to go. Arrrgggh!!! Might be able to catch a glimpse of it in about 6 weeks when it arrives at the dealers.

5 weeks and 4 days to go Not to bad tho since I ordered last saturday Had a call this week from my dealer telling me that they managed to bump up my production week so it's arriving a week earlier

What I wouldn't give to be in your situation... almost ready to pick MINI up.... aaaaarggggg

Well, I went to see mine at the dealers last night and it was...... FANTASTIC!

The car had its personal plate on so I quickly spotted it - there it was, all new and waiting for me. I had a peek inside and it immediately felt like mine.

The dealer warned me it still had to be cleaned and was I sure I wanted to see it but I'm so pleased I did. I really feel my MINI adventure has begun.

Pauline, I hope you're as happy with your new baby as me.

i've been away for about 6 months. This 'trip' has taking my mind off the fact that i'm getting a mini! i came back to the news that my fiancee is taking driving lessons. What a shock that was. nooooo way is Katie getting anywhere near my new babe!!! anyway getting back to the suject. I have a few weeks yet and i'm now feeling phyically sick with nerves! i can't wait that long... FACT

Had an original delivery of September. Complained a lot and got a July 21st delivery date, this has now been brought forward to next Friday!!! Only down side, next weekend I am at a festival and will be too drunk to drive, the weekend after I am going to Stockholm so will be loaning the car out to friends. The weekend after that however when it returns to me already broken in...

I saw my Cooper today!! He was all the dealership - a little dusty and grimy from his trip down from Oxford but looking fantastic all the same!

Yep I am getting mine next week! I have only had to wait about 3/4 weeks - the original date was week beginning 21st but I am told it should be in the dealership next week.

I am a bit disappointed, sorry to hark on about this, but cos between myself and the dealer we left off the ASC. I also downgraded a couple of extras at the last minute, namely Visibility Pack, Boost and Xenons. I mean what is another £650 in the scheme of things eh?

Frustratingly though looks like I wont be able to pick the car up for another week cos I am away on business. D'Oh!! I feel a sickie coming on!

I wonder what production number yours was Pauline. Perhaps we have twins!!

When I visited my dealer yesterday he told me that the production date has been bumped up by 2 weeks. So instead of an late august/early september delivery it becomes a mid august delivery. YEAH BABY!

He told me I can't change anything on my specs, since it's going to be build next week
