Mini Cooper Oct-03.... 2004spec?

My Mini Cooper arrives next month, will it have a trip computer & new covers for the seat backs?

What spec have you ordered. The trip comp might only come with a certain package like chilli.

I think the new seat backs will be standard but they are probably on a continuous improvement basis so if they haven't used up all the old style ones they may still put them in the car. I'm guessing the seats come from the suppliers with the backs already installed.

ok. thanks. I've ordered the chili pack. I got so caught up in building my Cooper that I forgot to ask the dealer about the 2004 spec. I wonder if i'll have a digital speedo. I'm going to give my dealer a call this afternoon.

Check the 2004 rumours thread, it should tell you. Think Chilli has the trip included. Not sure about digital readout though.

I've got a August build Cooper (1 and a half weeks old now!) and it has the new seat backs, so i'd say you should have 'em! Not sure 'bout the OBC tho.

you will have the new seat backs... OBC will come if you have the chili pack and the car's built after sep 1st.
