| Side Turn Signal Defect I picked up my new Mini last Saturday. While driving on the freeway later that evening, I heard a horrible noise that sounded like a support piece under the car had broken off and was flapping around. I immediately pulled over and got out of my car. I looked under the car but saw nothing amiss. I then noticed that the turn signal indicator which is near the driver's side mirror had popped out and was hanging down. I popped it in and went on my way. (I was taking my wife to the airport at the time.) I examined the light later that evening and discovered that one of the two plastic prongs which is supposed to hold it in place was missing. I taped the light back in place and called my dealer for a replacement. |
