Picked up my Cooper today and even though ive had it hours i know its love!
It's been 3 weeks since i test drove it - and a bit different to my old car (punto)

Is there a mini owners club? Im looking to join one as ive heard the event community is really good coz' all the new/old mini owners mix? Could be wrong!
Cant wait till i drive to work for my next "mini adventure"!!!!!!!!!
Check out the UK social forum for gatherings in your area, but we're just like one massive international "club", only you don't have to pay to get in, and we dont send you a membership card.

As for clubs, as Paul said, here is the place I find best for our cars. Although there actually wasn't anything going in my area, so I started something and the support has been fantastic. Had two runs so far with another meeting with a short run this Saturday.
I have also joined the British Mini Club (http://www.britishminiclub.co.uk/mini/) and while good just cant compete with MINI2 and the countless new freinds I have made on here.
