United-Kingdom Spare tyre

Picked up my new MC the other day.Just a silly question:where is the spare tyre in my new MC? I had a peek on the underside of the car but could not see anything there

Sorry to sound blunt bit read the instruction book!!

*IF* its there (did you specify it?), its behind the bumper on the nearside. You lower the wheel from within the boot.

if it wasn't specced with the car, you won't have a spare wheel at all! Standard spec is some "tyre weld" stuff for 15" wheels, or runflats for 16"+ wheels. My spare cost something like £40 as an extra when new ( I only found this out from this site, my dealer failed to mention this on ordering). Worth it to me for personal assurance..
