Transmission fluid recall and reverse gear

Had my 54 reg mini recalled for a transmission fluid checkup about a week ago which was found to be low. Since then a couple of times when I have tried to go into reverse and release the clutch I just hear a grinding noise and have to reattempt. I know lots of people have had trouble with reverse but mine went into reverse perfectly before the transmission topup.

Also I seem to be able to put the side windows completely down and up without disturbing a single drop of water on them. Isnt the seal supposed to stop water getting in the door?

Question

Is your Cooper a revised model with the getrag box?

I ask as lots of us are getting a lot of noise from the box, slack/sloppy noises when letting the cluch in and out + a rattle at around 2000rpm. It would be helpful to know if you aren't getting these problems.

thanks
