Roof Colour

My wife is considering getting a Mini One (Wow a Two Mini household ) but she cannot afford a Cooper . She is considering a Liquid Yellow One and wants a White Roof, I have heard ???? that u can get this done at the factory ???? if so how much do they charge ???.
Has anyone else had this done or have u had your dealer spray the roof ?? how much for a dealer re-spray on the roof.
Can anyone recommend a gud paintshop in the North West of England that may be able to do the jod and how much are they charging ???

It's not done at the factory-it's done at an approved Paint shop by the dealer!
i was quoted £500 for mine so of course I didn't take that up-But others have paid as low as £250 I read somewhere

If you want to drive your new MINI out of the showroom with a different coloured roof, you really need to get the job done by an approved bodyshop (as Interceptor has said, this isn't a factory option). If you're willing to pick it up as-is, it's easy enough to find a bodyshop yourself.

I had everything done at once - roof, arches, new bumpers and skirts, mirrors, trim - so I'm not sure what the roof actually cost, I would guess it accounted for around £200-300. I've seen posts on here by people who've gone to BMW approved bodyshops and paid over £700!

it might be cheaper to get a full roof wrap graphic? not sure, but it's an idea.....

I have checks on my Black One my Missus does not want them We may consider a Pepper White One and have found a gud Graphics company that cud put us the Pink Panther on the roof , could look quite gud ?????????
