Aero front bumper - MINI2

Found an aero front bumper for sale, and have a few questions i need to ask the experts on here....

Its off a 55 plate Cooper S - will this fit my 51 plate Cooper?
Its BRG at present how much will it cost to get it sprayed Indi blue?
The two centre tabs have broken at the top will this badly affect fitting? Sure it can be bodged on somehow hehe.

Painting one that's in primer costs £100 according to the local BMW approved bodyshop.

if both clips have boken its going to be a complete nightmare to fit. To be honest unless it costs less than about £25 i wouldnt bother.

Apparently its the tops of the mounts have broken off. Yes the bumper is about £25 but its the postage that might cost a bit...
