DIY how to keep spotties firm

I've mounted my spotties but they flutter a lot, so I need to install this part:

don't know the right name in english, kind of ''pull spotties'' in italian...
I have to do it by myself, but have no idea how to proceed.... help please!!

I think its reffered to as the FASTENING SET part number 63120137304

as I can't find any exact part number for just that bit, but this could also include the brackets too. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...97&hg=63&fg=95

Worth checking with your dealer what comes in that part number, or if he can order on a sale or return basis, so you can see and if its not what you need then he can send it back

no idea... I know that some times the box containing the brackets doesn't have the stabilizer...probably yours was one of those...
how is your light when you are stopped or crossing come holes? mine is very pulsing... so I need to fit the stabilizer.
