Fitting fog lights - MINI2

My work colleague has bought some front fog lights of eBay for his MINI One, however he does not know how to fit them.

Can anyone tell me how to fit fog lights to a MINI?

The question is are you trying to install them on a MINI One,Mini or a Mini Cooper/S????????
