Headlights

I have never seen a Mini with painted headlights. I think it will look very nice if the plastic interior of the headlights (latest headlights, see pic) was painted a different colour.
Has anyone done this to their Mini?

I think black will look amaizing, chrome will be nice to.

I made an attempt in Microsoft Paint, as you can see, on the JCW GP.

I know I'm going to paint the headlights of my Mini black when I have one of my own. I'm very curious how it would look. It also surprises me there not for sale in several colours...?

I also think these headlights just ask for Halo rings or angel eyes . Around those plastic rings surrounding the lights.
I'm going to build in angel eyes when I have my own Mini, at least I'm going to try. I think there is enough space to do this. Now doubt it will look awesome, especially in the dark .

Check out the styling and tuning section under car parts on ebay. I have seen HALO side lights advertised......

I've seen them to, their pretty nice indeed. But not really bright.

Just about to finish the second halogen light now, tempted to get some facelift xenons and paint them, but do I trust myself with £1000 worth of lights and a dremel!
