Chilli Red; Black or white bonnet stripes? - MINI Cooper Forum

I think this is the only colour with no clear-cut answer. With other colours I think there's always an obvious option. What do you reckon? I have white stripes at the mo but i'm thinking maybe black will match the plastics and my tinted glass.

the obvious answer is the same as the roof - but in your case I guess it's all personal taste.

Now you have changed the white wheels out maybe the black would look

With all CR I think I'd prefer the black stripes because of the other black accents.

I have a red roof with the panoramic sunroof (or whatever its called....)

I vote White, IMO it looks excellent if the stripes are but on just right

It's a tough choice. Red and white is classic; however, as a fried pointed out once, it looks like a barber pole. The black looks very cool. So what do you want, classic, or cool?

I'd probably go for black stripes and roof.

White looks good, well haven't seen a CR/B with black bonnet stripes though.

With CR/CR? I'd say black. Like you say - other black accents.

Or you could be really dashing and try silver stripes.
