I had this 'unique' idea for my Pure Silver ONE - paint the roof Red and correspond the wing mirrors too. I went to my local bady shop and they disuaded me saying it would de-value it.

I LOVE IT - gonna get me outta rehab and get some paint on that roof of mine!

To be totally honest, when I first saw it I loved it, then I looked again and wasn't sure, now the more I look at it the more I love it. I just need to get all the exterior bits done now so it looks lush. And I still have the blue & black interior which obviously is clashing, I really need to get that sorted too, so it's a work in progress. Would ideally like the red & black seats, but just black would be good too.

The roof was done by RJM Body Repairs in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. I'm not sure on the price as my other hallf paid for it as my birthday/valentines present But I think it was just over £200.
I've wanted to do it for so long that it's nice to finally see and be able to mod the car around it.

The red & black Cooper was traded in But now I have a black & red S to play with

Others have also suggested a red scoop, so might try that. They might look like a pair of juicy lips though!

I think red custom stripes or graphics would look better than a red scoop. Unless you do a checkmate style red scoop and bonnet stripe. That would look cool!
