I have a DS and Black car...now i have been wondering if its possible to get the chrome headlights (not the surrounds, the actual internals) done in black. I fancy having the interiors done in black like the Golf GTi aniversery headlight where all black except the reflectors. Anyone know if someone sells them or has done this?
I heard about something on NAM but can't find anything.
I realise they are a sealed unit but anyone know if they can be gotten open, how and how hard?! if difficult anyone know a possbility for a company that could do it for me or could custom produce something? Even anyone know the company who actually makes the MINI ones?
Its called the joey mod. Do a search on NAM for it. You bake them in the oven for a few minutes until you can pull them apart. Sometimes you need to bake them several times.

WOW Thanks dude .. trying to stick with the HB/Black colour scheme as far as I can. I got 17" gloss black Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 Toyo Proxes T-1R tyres 215/40 as I prefer the handling, not keen on the tram-lining you can get with some 18" rims. Hope this helps.
I think I will go for the 17's as long as they clear a set of AP brakes (304mm). Im also going for the "blacked out" look on my PS...Not too fond of chrome myself
