Vipers on '06 LY ONE - question - MINI Cooper Forum

Hello!

I'm seriously thinking on getting black viper stripes on my liquid yellow ONE and since a local vinyl shop will provide them, I would like to know dimensions of original MINI fitment (what’s the width of line and space between two lines?).
Are the original MINI vipers shiny or mat or something in between?
Would be very grateful, if anyone could post a close-up picture of them.

Have a look in my gallery at my cooper with vipers. It too is LY. I am not sure about the dimensions but you can get a very good idea from looking at the pics. The stripes shiny. I had a BMW dealer fit mine.

Just been and measured my vipers they are6 1/4 inches 160mm wide with a 4 1/2 inch or 115mm gap between them. These were not fitted by bm but by the same person bm uses Hope this helps

I quite like it, especially 18"

Red stripes and red mirror caps......very nice

Do all GP front bumpers have yellow blinker on their sides?

Finally we (me and the guy from vinil shop) put the vipers on MINI.
It took app. 8 hours to fit them. Didn't expect to be so difficult to catch the straigt line on hood and rear bumper. MINI is very curved car!

Photos were taken by phone, so sorry for quality.....
