viper'd up!! - MINI Cooper Forum

Hi Guys,

After much thought over whether to go for them or not, i finally went for viper stripes on my DS/B S...and all i can say is,they look amazing!

After getting numerous sketches and ideas from Phil at MiniPirate, finally decided on black vipers with a silver pinstripe..

Even with his magic hands and technique along with fading light and poor weather, it took about 6 hours to fit..i must say i'm very impressed with the way Phil kept replacing certain pieces of the stripes just because he could see some minor imperfection or ridges on the surface! the attention to detail and quality on the fitting is amazing!

I've attached a few pictures, please feel free to give me your opinions!

and yes, i know the car looks very dirty, just havent managed to wash it yet!

Lovin these vipers - the silver pinstripe is just a delicious finishing touch.

, as said above, the pinstripe really goes well with the overall look.

That grill looks a bit of a 'mare to do Phil

the grille bits added a little more time to the job but they weren't that difficult to do - infact they were the easiest bit really.

its the back bumper that is the most tricky as Drumzz will no doubt vouch for!!
