Call them back to do it... They didn't do the job as it should have been done... Don't risk breaking it...

to be honest all reputable screen fitters should know that you need new a-pillars to be fitted when changing the screen, you can mess aroun trying to restick it on, but they will just fly off when you get on the motorway.

Be aware there are revised A-pillar covers that do not let air got underneath them causing them to fly off, they have a lot more foam on them and are slightly harder to fit.

either way you need new ones. think they are about 19 quid from BMW, or have a scout on ebay as a lot on there and come in at about 25 quid the pair. worth doing though, could also reduce wind noise from the windscreen if you refit them properly with new update ones

they came back and fixed it, much better now, i fitted the A pillars myself and we has to stickytape/ nylathane the top tri, curve in on one side as it had worn through.
And to the Glassys defense, he works a a very ruputable car company here in Australia and been doing them for years, but mini being a prestige Euro car there arent many on the road, and he said this was his 3rd New coop.

The A pillars went back in quiet easily, foam slotted in, then wacked the pillars over clipped and screwed them in.
