Changing headlight bulbs - Help please

I bought some black halo projector style headlights and fitted them with help from a friend,

and bought some xenon effect bulbs to replace the yellowish old ones,

i managed to get the bulb out but how do you disconnect the socket with the wires away from the actual bulb..

i dont want to pull to hard incase i break it has any1 done this yet?

The plug pulls off the back of the high beam bulbs. Its easier done while the bulbs are still in the holders. Dont pull too hard or two far. They are quite stiff to pull off. Thats on my MCS with Xenons.

ino ive changed them when i had standard headlights but on the halo headlites theyre different and its not as easy to pull off and i dont wanna pull too hard.
