BMW Mini Spotlight fitting

HAS ANYBODY FIT THE BMW SPOTLIGHTS TO THIER NEW MINI??
i've ordered myself a nice set of spotlamps off P&L Mini's
(www.plminis.com) they said they could fit them for me for 50 (2hrs at 25)
which i thought was quite reasonable compared to bmw's 55 an hour but can i save myself 50??
They said the lamps come with NO fitting instructions!!
has anybody fit any??, how easy or hard was it?,whats the procedure? and how long does it take?.

THANKS MIA,R53W11 & MONSTA
(Especially aaron your website was very detailed & helpful)

P&L Mini's have since got back to me and have faxed me the
fitting instructions (20 pages long!! ) which they was able to cadge off BMW. SO, with a bit of time & care i think i maybe able to do this along with aarons instructions.

Having just ordered 2 sets for our cooper from p&L I would love to read a full report concerned more about mounting the brackets right/ straight too?
as for wiring think I can run 2 sets from the 1 wire on the main beam as it is only the relay trigger feed the load is supplied via the relay from the battery?
I have ordered the 2 ring wiring kits too .

SHES SCARY !
