| That does sound like a pretty cool idea actually - if it's possible, I'm sure Mikeythemini would know how to do it! NeuroBeaker - Proud owner of Zeus (a 'modestly modified' 2004 MINI ONE). | Interesting Firstly - the front arch lights are orange BUT the rear ones are red I am not sure if adding more lights to the indicator circuit will cause any issues (if you have less they flash fast) I dont think it will as they are only 3 watt You could make them dual purpose - just use diodes to stop them back feeding into the other circuits |

| i like the look of these side lights on the arches but were can you get them from as they are u.s spec and my local mini dealer could not help. anybody done this and no were to buy them from and are the wires already there or do you need a new harness.all help would be great as im a newbie to the new mini. thanx all |

| Do these kits plug straight in to sockets on the loom? As for using the front ones as indicators aswell as side light, I can only see two options. These are assuming the lights are 5w bulbs. 1> Use a relay system to knock out the side light feed to the light and let feed of the flashing indicator circuit. 2> Use a two filament bulb, like a side(5w)/brake(21w) bulb. Lots of American spec cars use these at the front like on BMW's etc... They usually have amber side lights on the front so they use the indicators with a two filament bulb. However, these bulbs baybe too big for the fitting but you may find a smaller LED alternative. Just some ideas... |

| You would need to positive switch them as indicators during the day and negative switch them when the sidelights are on. Just like US rear brake and turn lights. |
