Thanks for the rant - hope you feel better for that - the only thing i will say in my deffence is i am sure vecchio engineering would love to read that as there sponsors on this site & would love you for those comments so they are a reptauble company. So after your rant on your second post does that mean you may have the damo version for sale?? If i new about you before i looked on ebay i would have come to yourelf but i didnt so i'm paying for it know Sorry i asked & touched a raw nerve ![]() Perfectionist Cooper S ![]()

I did state in my post that I am not saying the ebay seller you used is a bedroom seller please see above. As you say - they are a reputable seller so - they should be able to offer a solution to your problem - have you contacted them? The Damo edition - if I am succesful with the new parts then yes I will be offering this version for sale

First thing, got nothing against Vecchio but as retailers go you can't beat Mikey when it comes to being reputable ![]() As for the Damo edition, they were almost perfect when mikey sent them but as opposed to having "dim patchs" they had bright spots so changed the LED's further to Damo edition 2. By Perfect I mean as good as the BMW rings on the new 3 series Coupe. The 9 LED bulbs I bought had 8 sideways LED's and 1 on the end. These worked better still but still have 4 points brighter due to the end LED's. I'm working on covering up the end LED's on the bulb to stop this however I think the only real way of making them as good is to get LED's all the way round (or glow wire) but most people would be happy with a mikeys 99.8% there solution, where I'm still working on getting my 99.9% to 100% But then I'm a fussy bugger!As for no pictures, well they're to bright to photograph properly at night and during the day photos shows them up to look quite bad when in fact they lok mint Only way is to see them in the flesh ![]()

Hi Mikey - got these yesterday. From the quote below these should be the newer type, where you install the "whiter" LEDs supplied by Ultra, correct? How come it looks really blue still? the headlights are the Ultra Halo Headlights (from you as well) with Osram Nightbreaker H1 bulbs.Cheers for the Silvatech indicator bulbs that were missing from the first order by the way - came today!
| ||||
They're the new whiter LED's, I can send you the old style blue ones if you like to compare. I find the halos in the headlights are a yellower light - pity Ultra don't make all their products match If your not happy with the colour we will always refund you

If the old blue ones are pic 2 in your post 42 then there the ones i have at the mo I am trying to get ones like m.voong,dammo & pics 3/5 in post 42 as above which i think is the whiter version but not sure how to get them Also if you can re-use the casing or do the white version come as another set of lights or just bulbs Thanks ![]() Perfectionist Cooper S ![]()
