I'm sure its very trivial but i generally drive with my sunroof slightly open at the point where the front of the glass is still level with the roof (i do this because it stops the rattle up there). I was wondering does this have any effect or down force/fuel economy/performance etc etc.
Obviously any change will be minuscule but it hasn't stopped me being curious.
Cheers

We installed a sunroof wind deflector(Weathertech) and have not noticed any change in MPG. Though I didn't initially like the looks,I have since adapted to the new roof profile. The trade off for comfortably having an open sunroof at 70 mph was well worth it.
