Gloss Black Arches and Skirts

Hi, i'm new to this but thought i'd ask..

has anyone gone gloss black on the wheel arches and side skirts, as well as the splitter on the front bumper..

i have a silver mini cooper s convertible with the black chrome worx wheels and think it would set it off pretty nice...

Most people match the body color when painting the lower black trim.

Couldn't find any pictures of Gloss Black on Pure Silver only Dark Silver ...

I can't tell if the car pictured above has Aero Kit side skirts but if it does I think it would look better if the body color portion wasn't painted over.

Here's a picture of a 2nd Gen MCS with JCW Aero Kit and Gloss Black lower trim ...

Gloss Black lower trim on a Pure Silver car would look more pronounced.

This is such a cool mod which is often overlooked, and is all the more impressive for being pretty unusual...

I'm a big fan of colour coding the plastic trim in body colour, but on certain colours I think using gloss black looks way better (often on lighter colours, and that is coming from someone who did their own PW/B car in body colour).

im contemplating doing gloss black arches to my dark silver MCS as wen i bought the aero skirts they were already gloss back.. i had planned on colour coding but had no cash at the time and being the impatient c**t that i am i just fitted them on as is, and was quite impressed.. wen i get it done hopefully next month ill post up a few pics for u
