Spot lamps wont work??

Please can some one help, I have 2 sport light on the grille of my mini cooper s 2004 but ever since i bought it they havnt worked! Is there a switch somewhere??

They should not be a separate switch .... they should be linked into your main beam / flash.

Obviously the first thing to check is the bulbs .... otherwise it could be a number of things - if nothing obvious you might want to drop it in to an auto electrician to run a couple of tests on the circuit.

Additional driving lamps on your model also need coding on the ecu .... if this wasn't done when they were fitted you will have to get that done at the stealers

Have you checked that they have been wired in. Someone may have put them on for show or never got round to wire them in. I have an 06 1st generation which I have put spot lights off a 2nd generation. Have wired them in from the main beam so that they only come on when I use flash or put on main beam down country lanes etc.
Check the flash and main beam, if they still do not work start checking for wiring.
