Stripes on a Convertible?

Hello!

I was considering getting stripes on my convertible which is cool blue, but I wasn't sure on the style or colour.
I wanted white stripes originally but not sure whether they would look right with a black roof.
I was considering black stripes to match the roof but I'm not sure if you will be able to see them very well.

I've put a pic or two of my mini on so you can have a look,
What do you think? Suggestions please!

Obviously, pin stripes are a personal touch; but, since you asked, I recommend the black stripes. Don't worry about whether they can be seen better than the white ones; stay with a color scheme, yours seems to be blue and black, the car is blue and the trim is black. Keep it clean and shiny and people will notice!

Go for the black bonnet stripe but outline it in white pin stripes -
