Does anybody know how much it would cost to spray over the chrome trimming?

Hi ya ok cool

the chrome lights rings and wing mirrors caps can be be painted buy your self with a rattle can. just rub them down use a self etch primer and get a spray can or what ever colour you wish
there are a few good vids on you tube about how to remove head light rings and mirror caps

the belt line trim under the windows you can get coloured tape or vinyl wrap to cover them as they are a pain to get of and back on properly and you will end up damaging them.

paint wise if you colour matching the car halford mix paint to your spec or you can go to a automotive paint suppler they will match your paint and put it in a can for you.

failing that its a trip to the paint shop i would think 50 to 100 to prep & paint mirror caps and headlight rings, you may be able to find a painter that will do a PJ but the materials are not cheep

hope this helps

Vinyl wrap is probably the best stuff to use then when trends change as they do, when everyone is black, and the new black is chrome, you just peel it off and youre back how it was.

just plastidipped the chrome on mine, well spraydipped as used stuff from a uk company, would recommend doing that, that way can always go back to being chrome if it doesn't work out but just peeling it off again, does no damage to the chrome
