Just been looking at the accessories catalogue, the folding sunroof looks quite good but where does the interior light go? Has anyone had this option fitted to their car if so what is it like?
Is this the AC Shnitzer (spelling?) accessory I've seen in some photos? Or is this thru MINI? Got any pics?
I've seen people take out the factory sunroof... it comes out in all one piece, crossbar and glass and all. I guess if you go that route you will need to do without that light, unless it can be affixed somewhere else (a new switch panel where the current sunroof switch is perhaps?)
I like the idea as well, could also save on weight...

It would be anoying not having the interior light as it does help alot at times!
I would prefer the glass roof but the folding sunroof would be better on blocking out the sunlight.
I think i need to see what it actually looks like on someone's car before i consider asking mini to fit this sunroof.
My guess: On the ceiling at the top of the B-pillar, just where it was on most classic Minis.
