Green Cooper New rear lights

These rear lights can be ordered under:

left side: 63 21 6 928 731
right side 63 21 6 928 732

I am still not sure if they are the new MY 2004 versions or just another accessory.

cheers,

Michiel

Is that chrome around the perimeter of the light housing? Looks very nice.

Are they proper MINI ones if so are they standard or an option as they are obviously not a replacement for the clear ones?

Yes they are proper "Mini" ( see the Parts No.) but I do not know if they will be fitted standard starting MY 2004 or just a alternative to the clear ones.

They are probably inline with BMW's accessory program, where most rear - and side blinking lights are optionally available in white (instead of standard orange)

If the size is the same should be just a plug and play type thing, shouldn't it?

They're just like the current ones but with a clear dot instead of the orange we have now.

Any idea on price? The MINI clear ones are $290, would these be the same?

The would look good on my r/w cooper i think .

Standard rear lights are about £32
I would expect the new version to be the same price plus mini version of silver vision bulbs. After all they are not 'significantly' different
