Union Jack

Right, I am after getting a Union Jack Graphic either painted or made out of vinyl to cover my whole car, which is Indy Blue.

Just like the one on www.coolnew.co.uk



but would love to get better photos than the two on Cool New Ltd's web site.

has anyone got high quality photos of this car or another like it (austin powers look-alike)

or can anyone make up a graphic in photoshop or paintshoppro based upon my car?

Here is a place that can help you replicate Austin's dads MINI www.cooperflags.com and they already have experiance putting this together He can get it to you very quickly in Ol'blighty...and the exchange rate is to your advantage. I have a roof flag and bonnet stripes from them...items of the highest order!

I think with a full body decal it would be best if I got a shop to fit it (as then I have some comeback if there is bubbles etc)

I am also not THAT practical!!! - if it was just stripes or something small then i'd do it, but a decal that big, no no no...

Well, yes it would be best if you went to a shop that say, installs car window tint to have the graphics package placed on your MINI but it isnt going to be one big decal...its going to be several managable pieces.

I liked that, but specially wanted the flag center-point to be on the roof, with it 'continuing' onto the boot, sides and bonnet, rather than new flags...

can you do that???

Still getting prices in and stuff for the Union Jack, but sort of having doubts, I'd love it, but people have mentioned that others may take a fancy to damaging it!!! plus it will make me VERY recognizable whilst driving, attention which I may not really want.

so....

I am now ALSO thinking about some form of stripes, which will be an awful lot cheaper, dead easy to fit etc etc..

stuck on two designs, either Viper, or Big line surrounded by thin lines, as per the following images.

i like that stripe. have you considered having it offset from the centre of the car? that's a classic design that works well. ive no pics but i'm sure i've seen some on here somewhere

no, I like the look of it being centered right down the middle, have seen them offset, but don't really like (imho)
