I love both options to bits - and this decision is driving me nuts. I'd choose DS coz its metalic, easier to keep clean & a more popular colour, so perhaps easier to sell on in the future.

But I'd choose Black/Black coz it just looks awsome & mean, but my concerns are small surface scratches, keepin it clean & also perhaps the fact that the colour is not exclusive to the MCS (snob I know). Would the black be harder to move on the future??? Does it look like a MINI ONE in the distnace???

I just cant choose?? can someone give me a good reason to plump for one or the other??

you do realise this is like a red rag to a bull bob & you'll end up with 200 different opinions & end up getting something completely different.

Got to say black too. Okay a bit of a bugger to keep clean but when it is there is nothing to beat it. There is a Hartage MCS in all black down the road from me and it looks amazing. Might be a bit biased too as my Cooper is all black. Do really like the DS too but I see just too many MCS in it whereas I've only seen one all black MCS. Also, I think the unfussyness of all black with chrome looks great. Trust me I'm a designer :-)

Ever seen Black with White roof? Seriously nice, would be my first choice now if buying new....

I'd say go with the DS.

But that's only because I wanna get a Black/Black next year and I don't want it becoming too popular before I do!!

A different colour roof isnt needed to make your mini look sweet!

Have you considered EB/W with white alloys? A different approach but would be my second choice colour for a MCS if I could afford one!
