if you turn off your engine before you turn off your lights, the lights stay on for a pre-set period (40 seconds) & then automatically turn off. this is to allow you to find your way to your door in the dark. if you turn off your lights & then your engine, the lights go out straight away as normal.

this is one of the programmable options which your dealer can change for you

Furthermore, if you have turned the lights and engine off and then pull the lever as if you're flashing the lights they will also come on for 40secs.

Thanks, yours too. I went there 4 years ago and I did 2 laps with a Ferrari 360F1
and 2 laps sitting to the right seat. I think that is ok to put the sticker to my signature and to my S, don't you think so? look at my gallery I’ll post two photos from that trip.

My 09/03 has this feature - I find it useful, tho loads of people think you've just forgotten to turn your lights off!
