Thoughts off top of head:
  • Some stereo equipment
  • colour code arches
  • put towards works conversion
  • New tyres
  • Track day (with insurance)

yeah i was thinking of a nice stereo, like urs Dom,

and im very tempted in getting the windows tinted, and bonnet stripes.

500 big ones could buy alot of chrome, monsta that would keep you high on you're fix for a least a few monthes

Clear white indicator side lamps and mudflaps. Fit them youself which shoud leave you with £500 towards the conversion or the higher insurance premium.

Yes, as it's essentially modifying your car (meaning you'll gain acne, a baseball cap, and move house ).

And I agree, the induction kits do sound really nice (not much difference between the green one and the pipercross I noticed). Unfortunately, mine's coming off today as it's going for a service soon. I'll probably only put it back on every now and again...

ok cheers lads,

here it is then,

tinted windows £250 i guess
bonnet stripes £70
induction kit, whats the best one, i'd proberly choose sound over increased power as its only a stand in until i get the works.

Pipercross seems quite good at the moment (you've heard it yourself!). Haven't heard any others yet (mine isn't made for the MINI), but can't see there being too much sound difference. In tests on other models, pipercross tend to sound better.

Cheers,

Dom
