ADVICE - Bonnet Stripe Selection [with Scottish Flag Roof]

I was thinking of getting stripes similar to the attached, instead of the standard \ / jobbies running down the bonnet.

I'm interested in peoples thoughts on how this will look on a Hyperthreaded Blue MCS with the Scottish flag roof and chrome mirrors.

Spec I am thinking of -
Hyperthreaded Blue MCS
White roof with Scottish Flag shoved on it
Chrome Pack
Front Grill Resprayed to match car
Interior Leather colour - Undecided.
Chilli Pack (Xenons, Tinting, 17" Alloys)
iPod kit

The car is Gazah's so he can talk you through it... maybe skip the white roof and go stripes over the top too?... kinda like KS_coopers... taht'd look tuff!! then you can choose any color stripes rather than just white...

Personally, I reckon the OEM style bonnet stripes would look best with the St Andrew's cross. Maybe just do one solid stripe down the guts of the bonnet??? Boo and eltel should be able to look after any customisation requests thru their OziCozi business.

I'll find a good front on shot and top down shot of the mini (in HB), and harass someone who knows what they are doing with photoshop, do the whole cross o' st andrews on it, then start mucking about with stripes.

personally, having just the bonnet done looked good, but it was certainly MUCH improved once o got the roof finished... so i can't say i'd be 100% with those racing stripes running up into a Scottish flag!

like you i'd wanna see a photoshop first!

I fitted the racing stripes to my ONE (1" 9" 1"). I went over the roof and around the spoiler too. Should look great on the bonnet with a flag though.

Yeah, def do the spoiler it looks cool. I didn't do the boot/trunk as I think it looks a bit busy. The spoiler is a good place to stop. White on blue will look cool. What size stripes are you going for? Mine and Gazah's are 1" 9" 1" (I spoke to him before getting mine done as I thought his looked the best).

i certainly think the 1" 9" 1" looks best, especially on the S as it fills the bonnet scoop nicely!

I'm thinking the 1" 9" 1" as well to fill the scoop nicely, it does look mighty fine. Perhaps a trip to Sydney and visit Gazah ;p~, just to be sure .
