Mini Sat Nav Aerial

I Have Bought A Mini Sat nav Aerial From EBAY And Was Assured that it would be a direct replacement for my radio aerial but upon close inspection i found the wiring was different does anyone know if there is a fitting kit to swap the wiring over or do i have to cut it or have i wasted my money ????
Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Shark Fin Sat. Nav. Aerial is for the Sat.Nav. and mobile phone only. Cars with Sat.Nav. have their Radio Aerial in the Drivers side window (looks like a heating element) I don't know if you will be able to pick up a radio signal through the aerial you have purchased. There are Shark Fin style radio aerials for sale in accessory shops

The aerial for sat nav holds the GPS beacon. The FM aerial is in the drivers side rear window.
