GT2 Stripes opinions

Hi, I'm considering GT2 stripes for my cooper, see example of a car with them in the following post:

The stripes cover bonnet, roof, and tailgate. May sound strange, but I'm thinking of only putting one side on. I know some people already have offset stripes, but I like how the GT2 stripes curve with the bonnet and tailgate.

Anyone have any opinions to this idea? Do you think it would look cool or silly.

If I do go ahead with it, someone could always have the other half for a small fee to do the same to their car.

Its your MINI mate so if you want them - go get them! Who are you getting the car for in the first place?

I think the double stripes look great. My only concern would be that since it does curve in on the bonnet and boot that it may look like the other side is missing instead of looking like it's supposed to be that way. Just my 2 cents worth.

I personally think the MINI looks better with just the bonnet stripes.

I like them. I think they would look good on the black

But I would get both sides done, with the curve I think it would look a bit wrong with just 1 side done.

errrr, so put on one side only and if after a month you don't like it put the other side on .
It would be good to try though as it would make your Mini special/unique .
