respray cost!!!

ok, i need to get my front valance, both doors, rear left quarter and the panel above the bonnet resprayed due to vandalism.

local BMW mini dealer quoted me £1090 inc vat!!!! wtf. AND that includes a 12% discount on paint. Surely thats a bit much, doesnt even include the bonnet which needs resprayed also!

i can get a full respray in Kandy paint for £2000.

Can i get it done from a BMW approved body shop anywhere for cheaper?

KJ,

Donald Kirks in Perth is the Bodyshop that Grassicks use - if you use them direct your warranty will be kept intact. i,ve used them a couple of times and their work is great.

They are beside the scooby garage, near the Tesco on Crieff Road.

to behonest, i'd be looking to go direct to Donald Kirks - all Grassick will do is at best add a handling charge on (ps i'm not slating them - its what i'd do!!)

i thiknk kirks are only open AM on saturdsy if at all.
