Does Anybody have Photo's from velvet red/black Cooper ??

I'm gonna buy a velvet red one,
I'm thinking about a white top
But I don't know how it looks with a black top

Can somebody post soms pics for me?

As you probably know, you won't be able to get a velvet red Cooper new, as the colour is no longer produced. That said, the cars look great - very elegent.

And your English is MUCH better than my Dutch - I wouldn't worry about it.

No it's not New
it's from the end of 2003
but I can choose the colour of the top
that's why I'm asking for the pictures

At the top of this page click on the 'Galleries' menu, and choose 'Personal'. You will see a search box on that page and type 'Velvet Red' in the box...that will bring up a whole lot of thumbnails of the color, then just click on the thumbnails...good luck and welcome to MINI2.

So it's called "velvet red"???

Yesterday morning, I saw a MINI Cooper in exactly this colour combination (velvet red with white top)! I had never seen this colour before, and for a moment I thought that it wasn't an original MINI colour! It looked really nice! I wonder why was it discontinued!!!
