What is the cheapest place to buy an aero kit from? Also is there a company that ships them painted and ready to install?

My local dealer sells the aerokit at MSRP (from the accessories book). I have the option of getting the entire kit or individual pieces. I have read Mini of Sterling sells under MSRP but, unless you are local to them, shipping will negate the savings.

Sterling ships free (lower 48 states) for an order over $100. I just bought the front aero bumper for $306. Grills are extra, but equally reasonable.
