They're on my friends car... You get the standard 4 bolt pattern (or 5 bolt depending on car) behind the cap. The cap covers these and a pin keeps the cap on (unless someone steals it)...

THanks Dom. THat makes alot of sense, I couldn't imagine having to replace your calipers also. Must be a tight squeeze beneath the cap, or larger than the photo lets on.
Yeah, the cap is quite large... you can just about see it's outline between the spokes - the white bit. The red bit goes on top of that and all is held in with pin and prayer
