Colour Coding Ive looked into this with a few companies as the only bodyshop that would do this around my area quoted £700+. Mini Mania UK - Newport ====== www.minimaniauk.com £300 + vat They are only an hour from me. They do exchanges, so you place your order and they have it painted up for you, an simply swap the trim over when you arrive. They said to me that they dont stock aero side skirts so they would need these from me (or whole car) for 2 -3 days. M-Style - Essex ====== http://bmwmstyle.co.uk/Mini.htm £350 + vat They said that they would have all parts including aero kit for a straight exchange. On another note, told me that their xenon upgrades are legal and would pass an MOT when they do not install washers and self levelling :S Mini Design - West Yorkshire ======= £480 (Unsure whether this includes vat). http://mini-design.com/shop.htm (in styling). My choice would be with mini mania as they are close to me, there are of course lots of other places out there ! Blake.

i was warned by my mini dealer that it may not have a lasting perfect effect because of stone chips and bugs, they didnt say much about the paintwork not being good enough. Im worried that they wont prepare the surface well enough though. I have mine booked in on wednesday to get my cooper done. £500 + vat - so roughly about £600 Am I being overcharged as i will call up straight away and cancel if so?

visit autofashion.co.uk a very good bodyshop i had my last car done there and they now do the skirt re-colour on an exchange baisis so you phone them and order then drive up to them and they swap your black ones for the coloured ones they have already done, they also do a lot of prep work and use special paint. alternatively they will post the for free. Say that Alex (With the silver lupo GTI) reccomended them to you because I am trying to get a deal myself for a few things to be done there! Thanks
