That looks like some sort of wide arch/bolt on kit (yes, it DID take me as a rocket scientist to work it out ). I think Hamann do this sort of thing? Not sure about the arches with their incorporated bolts, but Hamann definitely do chunkier front lips and stuff.

Yes it seems to be MS Design but I can't find any S version kit, only for the ONE/Cooper? Not even on their own homepage?

They are Neez Eurocross 18", very light and very strong custom wheel, be prepared to pay alot if you want them, made in Japan. Better late then never, sorry!

the MCS isnt listed as being a car MCS do mods for on their site - presume it can be hacked to fit an S

Yes I know it isn't on their website but the 2kits are NOT the same.
