Where are these skirt add-ons from?

Was searching throught the gallerys and came accross the picture. Im interested in what they have added on to the front and back of the side skirts, im presuming its just a cooper s skirt with extra bits added!
Just wondering if anyone knows where they are available?, looks smart!

They are very similar to hamann sideskirts available from Lohen at £330.

Dont think theyre "extra" bits, but completly new side skirts.
