White alloys on a one??

Hey guys, new here. Im soon to be ordering a black ONE, with white viper stripes and was just wondering if the dealer will put on white 17"s...?? I've been told you that when you order you can only have the white alloys if you have a white roof, i.e. a Cooper. Is this so? If it is, what's the best way of getting around this because the white wheels would look so much better than standard i think.

tell them you'll go else where if they cant meet your required spec my man. plenty garages will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy.

Only problem I see is that 17's are not standard on a one ,if its an extra you sholud get what you want
White will look good but hell to keep clean !!

chose steelies and get some black aftermarket alloys, it will look awesome!!!! especially with a polished lip

either that or black - but defo not silver - unless you change your mind to having silver vipers instead

I paid dealer prices for s spokes on my previous MINI ONE £1020 i think they were, with my current one i bought them off the for sale section on here for about £600 or £650 can't quite remember, either way it was a damn site cheaper than buying from the dealer, having said that when i cancelled the s spokes off my order and told the dealer i was going to buy some 'second hand ' ones the said they could get me some for £700 that they had off someones car who was upgrading, but i had already done the deal for the ones i have now.Try ebay or the for sale site on here, get them cheaper and also you can have any colour wheel you want.

Cheers guys. Went into the dealer today and pretty much confirmed the spec. What im going to do is swap the silver 16s for white 16s of the same design that the dealer has, and he will do it for free. As it will be with the pepper pack, this will be the cheapest way of doing it. So it'll be astro black, white vipers, and white 16s. Meanwhile ill keep my eyes pealed on ebay for some white 17s.
