Very early MINI prototypes and concepts - r50

Looking for 'spy shots' of the R50/53 MINI, from 1998 onwards?

Sounds a bit crazy but I've not seen any - hopefully somebody on here will have some.

I have some magazines with spy shots from 1996/7 (UK N reg MINI), but I don't have a scanner. I will try and take some pictures for you

Quite why they felt that they had to tape it all up when they had shown a very accurate version of the car (albeit on FIAT Punto mechnicals) some time before I'm not too sure
