Wales Wheels Swap Nightmares!

Hi all,
Just like to share an experience of trying to get new Alloys for my Mini One.

Like many, Aero kit, and SPAX 30mm lowering springs, Cooper Run Flats on 17" 8spokes.

I need (unfortunatly) to get 4 new tyres............
Run Flats at £140ish each i opted for aftermakets alloys and tyres. Which work out £60 cheaper & i get a new look.
So i've rooted through the forums, and numerous websites. PCD 100 and et between 39-45.
Then I found some Wolfrace Asia Tec Ninja's for £510 inc delivery PCD 100 ET40 205/45/17. GOT em bought, delivered tried fitting one as a test.

Took her up the gravel drive and nearly ripped the wheel arch and rear bumper quarter off.

On Closer inspection back in the workshop, compressing the suspension down using the engine and handbreak, they were completely unsuitable. Unlike the cooper rims, which tucked up under the arch no Problem.......... The Wolfrace rim and tyre stuck right out.
Now at the cost of Delivery again i have to send em back to Company.

Live and learn, but has anyone got any tips for searching out new WHEELS & TYRES??? for my little ONE

Cheers all
