Same thing happened to me !!!
They call me to tell me that I need to change pads. I sad ok but warning light is not on, and then guy told me that is a safety issue and he will change me whether i agree or not.
What should I do, I agree and they charge me for that.
I didn’t saw my old pads!

WOW! Ive done 39,000 miles and the original brake pads etc are fine! Just had to had 2 new front tyres at 30,000.
