Bit of advice please..

Hi,
I have an R53 Mini One, i keep adding little bits and bobs to it but have a few question that im hoping someone can answer.
Firstly i want to make it a little quicker, i have already got the bluefin which i can't recommend enough and a pipercross air filter. What other way are there of making it quicker without putting a new engine in or spending thousands of pounds?
I was told that changing my spark plugs to iridum ones makes a big difference?
Also does anyone know if you can fit aero side skirts to a car without purchasing the aero kit front and back bumper?
Thanks alot and if anyone has any other suggestions on how i could improve my mini, it would be greatly appreciated.

HI, If you have a mini one this is an R50 not R53...any way yes you can fit aero side skirts without the bumpers there is a one near my house which looks cool with just the skirts. as far as improvements, personally i would go for some 17s or an aero spoiler rather than trying to make it faster...

If you want to make it quicker have the ECU remapped to produce Cooper power

he's already got a bluefin!!!!

Well the spark plugs do very very little but its worth getting just for a cleaner more efficient running engine....
you've got an induction kit so the air going in is good but the air coming out is being blocked by your exhaust and manifold.... if you want to see a big improvement in power you've got to get a sports manifold and exhaust....but new manifold your looking at 400/500 quid n a new exhaust bout 300 for good quality ones....
