Been viewing this forum for ages and love it.
I have a MINI one, 2001 and has been great but the past few months its been harder to select the first gear and has been making a lot of noise in neutral, any way I took it into the dealer for them to inspect it, they told me it was the clutch and the slave cylinder, blah blah blah.
3 days later they rang me to tell me the car is ready to be picked up,
After paying a small fortune I got in and started to drive away.
MAN, it is s so smooth, the gears are a joy again, no excess noise, no reving to pull away.
It's amazing how I got used the gears deteriorating and thought nothing of it.
I paid quite a lot of money BUT it was worth every penny.
